Eleonora Tassi - Chiropractor

I'm a fully qualified Chiropractor, with a BSc (Hons) in Medical Science and an MSc in Chiropractic.

When it comes to treating patients, my primary role is to diagnose through history - as well as orthopaedic and neurological examination - the musculoskeletal conditions and general health issues arising from interferences in the nervous system. By conducting these examinations, I can then work with my patients to remove these interferences so that the body has an opportunity to heal.

My job consists of not only reducing pain, but also finding the underlying problem that is preventing the body from working correctly; only then can I work to bring the body back to its maximum potential and functionality.

The main reason why I am so passionate about my job is that I love to see the impact I can make on a person's life without affecting other organs, and without the use of drugs or any invasive procedures. It's hugely satisfying to see people regaining their functionality and rediscovering the ability to move in a pain-free manner when they thought they were going to have to take painkillers for the rest of their lives. When I see the progress my patients make, such as regaining hope in once again being able to do the activities that they love, it's a special moment and incredibly rewarding.

I believe that Alba Spinal Health Centre is the best choice to make for chiropractic treatment because I have never seen another clinic that cares as much about their patients from the moment they walk through the door until the end of their time spent with us. Our team is well trained in chiropractic and osteopathic skills, along with providing the best patient service, so we will make you feel at home right away!

In my spare time, I like to go on adventures with my friends. It's not uncommon for me to wake up in the morning and go off on a random road trip! It's through this approach to adventuring that I have discovered so many beautiful spots that the world has to offer... swimming in lakes, hiking up mountains and doing all sorts of other things I would never do if I had some time to think about them!

Kickboxing is a sport I love and I try to practise it as much as I can. So far, I have attained my blue belt, but I'm aiming for the black one! When I like to wind down and chill out on a nice day, I enjoy reading - preferably the work of Ken Follett.
